Your mental health is how you feel, think, and act in daily life. Taking care of yourself is important, and there are many ways you can improve your mental health on your own. In honor of World Mental Health Day, we share with you 10 ways to take care of your mental health.

Get enough sleep. Sleep helps regulate chemicals in our brains. Sometimes, if we don't get enough sleep, we can feel anxiety or tension. Try to sleep at the same time each day, which can help regulate your sleep patterns.
